If any company wants to see your site in the app, you need to purchase a license on the apposticket.com site.
At the moment of buying the license we ask the client the url to be activated and we send a key, so that once the client has it, enter in the menu App - "set up", capture the key and url and activate the site, so you can see the site in the application.
Purchasing the license aside from activating the site in the app, includes a responsive site version of OSTicket™. (see more details and versions in apposticket.com)
Once the client has a key and his url, he can share it via email with his employees or clients, to download the app and capture in the "Menu-Set Up" section the key and url to activate the service.
Activation of the service is unlimited for several employees and / or customers.
This viewer only includes the user view (OSTicket ™), does not include the administrator view.
